Return Policy:

I've you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know! We will find a suiting solution :) We only accept returns in sealed packaging, undamaged, and within 14 days of purchase. Custom orders cannot be returned. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelling an order is possible within 1 day. Once the package is processed and on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
